2012 Rosé **NEW RELEASE**
The Bouquet reveals delicate strawberry notes that ease into grapefruit with a hint of hay.  The bright refreshing acidity tingles across the palate with hints of strawberry and watermelon, with a clean bright finish of tart rhubarb.  A perfect blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

2011 Reserve Chardonnay 
Upon pouring, the green apple, field hay and lightly buttered toast waft from the glass enlivening the senses.  As the wine warms close to room temperature, butterscotch, vanilla and slate notes abound.  The 2011 Reserve Chardonnay spent just 5 months in French oak bringing just a hint of creamy toasty notes to the palate.  A bright and crisp green apple note finishes harmoniously with the wet slate and minerality of our Long Island terroir.  Although 2011 was a very trying season and Mother Nature threw everything she had at us, this Reserve Chardonnay reveals the true terroir of Long Island – the fresh minerality of our ocean air.

2012 Sauvignon Blanc  **NEW RELEASE**
The wine is clean and crisp with round fruit tones and bright acidity making it a thirst quenching wine.  Intense aromatics of grapefruit, lemon zest and slight hints of grassiness show in all levels on the nose and palette.

 2012 Dry Riesling **NEW RELEASE**
This wine is made in the true Alsatian style, bone dry. The nose displays slate and shale with a complex minerality and a slight hint of lemon zest. The mouth feel has layers of wonderful fruit that hit your mid palette with great acidic vibrancy.

2008 Merlot 
This 100% Merlot displays a deep extraction of color, rich dark garnet with a deep ruby red center.  The gracefully rivuletting legs, exhibit an elegant viscosity.  Signatures of tobacco, smoked wood and a hint of white pepper radiates from the glass interwoven with blueberry and dark plum.  The round mouth feel is supported by firm tannins carried from the front of the palate through and finishing at the back of the palate with dark, roasted coffee, rich chocolate and cherry.

2008 Campania Rosso 
This red blend is comprised of 68% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 12% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petite Verdot. As the wine is poured into the glass, the black currant, plum, dark roasted coffee and cherry notes quickly fill the air. The bright acidity dances on the tongue as the firm tannins explode on the finish.

 2008 Cabernet Franc
This 2008 Cabernet Franc shows a well integrated tannin structure displaying dark pepper, slight hints of sandalwood with a perfect balance of fruit and structure. The mid palate of this wine shows dark cherry finishing smoky almost like a cigar box. Bottle aging this wine for at least a year or two is recommended.  This will allow the wine to round out and more dark fruit signatures will show on the finish. The wine spent 20 months aging in one to three year old French oak barrels with a small portion going into new American oak which helped to complete the mouth feel.
