Shane Donahue from Mecox Bay Dairy and the men behind Greenport Harbor Brewery will be on hand to answer your cheese and beer questions.
Mecox Bay Dairy is a 5th generation farm located on the South Fork in Bridgehampton and they are the only dairy on the East End’s South Fork. They produce farmstead artisanal cheeses from their herd of Jersey cows and they control the entire process from breeding and milking the herd to making and aging the cheeses.

Our gastronomical adventure will begin at 2pm SHARP at Jedadiah Hawkins Inn in Jamesport, where Chef LIA FALLON will prepare a mouth-watering specialty. We then head over to Amano Osteria and Wine Bar in Mattituck, where Chef TOM SCHAUDEL will have our next culinary delight and finally we end at Waters Crest WInery, where we will find Chef TOM FAZIO, working hard at a grill with our final dish. At each stop, Winemaker Jim Waters will share a carefully paired glass of Waters Crest Wine.
